我院共有植物保护学、作物学、园艺学、生物学、农业资源利用学5个一级学科,涉及理学、农学和工学三大学科门类。设有一个生物学博士后流动站,一个植物学2级学科博士点,作物学、植物保护学、农业资源利用3个一级学科硕士点和植物学2个二级学科硕士点,具有作物学、植物保护学、农业资源利用、园艺4个农业推广硕士学科点。现有博士生导师10 人( 外聘3人),硕士生导师47人外聘24人),在校博士生31人,硕士生128人,留学生5人。

  农药学专业研究方向简介


       农药学是植物保护系下的二级学科,拥有一个硕士点,从2007开始招收农药学硕士研究生。

  本专业的包括两个研究方向:一是农药残留分析与检测,本方向主要是研究农药残留分析前处理技术和农产品中尤其是蔬菜中有机磷类杀虫剂残留的快速检测技术,拥有气相色谱和液相色谱及农药残留的快速检测仪;二是生物农药开发与利用,通过生防菌的筛选,获得对环境友好,对有害生物具有防治作用的生防菌株,并研究生物农药制剂加工技术,使生物农药产业化,应用到农业生产。

  本专业的发展方向是力求将教学和科研与农业生产实践相结合,生产实践促进科研的发展,科研成果指导农业生产。

  INTRODUCTION FOR PESTICIDE SCIENCE


  Pesticides science is one of second-level subjects in the Plant Protection Department which has a master’s degree program. In 2007 we began to recruit graduate students. Although the history of this subject is rather short, advanced equipments and facilities can provide basement of teaching and research.

  This subject includes two professional research, first pesticide residue analysis and detection, this work on pretreatment of pesticide residue analysis samples and rapid detection technology of organic phosphorus pesticide residues in particular vegetables  with gas chromatography Spectrum and liquid chromatography and the rapid detection machine of pesticide residues ; for another research direction is the development and use of biological pesticides, through the screening of Health strains, we got bio-control strains that are friendly to the environment  and prevent and control hazardous strains, meanwhile work on formulation processing technology of bio-pesticide.

  The professional development direction is to combine teaching, scientific research with agricultural production practice. The production practice can promote the development of scientific research and scientific research guide agricultural production.

  农业昆虫与害虫防治学科简介


  农业昆虫与害虫防治学科始建于中国人民解放军农牧大学时期,1995年开始与沈阳农业大学联合招收硕士研究生, 2006年获得硕士学科授权点和农业推广硕士授权点。该学科具有功能完备、设备配套和先进的实验室。在科学研究方面,本学科注重理论联系实际,立足吉林,面向全国,逐步形成了“昆虫与植物互作的机制研究”、“害虫生物防治 ”和“生物安全评价” 三个稳定的研究方向。同时加强与国内国际科研单位、大学的联系,并建立了良好的合作关系,提高自身的科研水平。本学科以解决当前农业生产中的害虫问题为重点,围绕国家生物安全等研究重点,积极参与科研工作,目前承担国家科技攻关项目(分题主持)、“十一五”国家科技支撑计划——蔬菜大豆重大病虫害防控技术项目(分题主持)、吉林省科技厅资助项目、长春市国际合作等科研项目5项。重视教学研究工作,承担吉林省级精品课程 “普通昆虫学”等教学改革课题2项。近五年来,该方向在核心期刊上发表相关研究论文20余篇,其中SCI论文2篇,获吉林省教育技术成果奖1项,出版专著1部,获得国家实用发明专利1项。

  INTRODUCTION FOR THE SUBJECT OF AGRICULTURAL INSECT AND PEST CONTROL


Agricultural insect and pest control is the second subject under the first subject of Plant Protection. The subject possesses of the advanced laboratory with complete equipments. The main research fields include insect physiology and biochemistry, insect ecology, insect behavior, integrated pest management, the interaction between pests and the host plant and the utilization of insect resources. With the rapid development of science and technology, modern biological technology, molecular biology technology has been applied in various fields of entomological research. The subject pays more focus on applied technology research and extension while she attaches importance to basic research. The three research directions have been formed: “proteomics research about the interaction of insects and plant”, “biological control of pests” and “bio-safety assessment” based on the principles applying theory into practice, basing upon the northeast three provinces and facing the country. At the same time, the contacts with the domestic and international research institutes, universities are strengthened, and a good relationship of cooperation have been established in order to improve the level of scientific research.

  植物病理学


  植物病理学学科是吉林大学植物科学学院的重要学科。1989年创建于中国人民解放军农牧大学时期,1996年被国家批准为硕士学位授权点;2006得到教育部批准成为植物学二级学科博士授权点(有害生物综合治理方向),同时参与生物学博士后流动站建设;2006年被吉林省列为“ 十一五”期间部属高等学校省级重点学科。现有博士生导师 3人(兼职1人),硕士生导师3人。

  本学科以东北地区重要农作物病害为主要研究对象,形成特色鲜明且优势互补的三个研究方向,分别是有害生物综合治理、分子植物病理学及抗病基因工程和寄主与病原物互作的分子机理研究。

  近5年来,承担国家资助的课题6项,国际合作项目1项,中港合作项目1项,省部级和校企联合等项目10余项;在国际期刊和国内核心期刊上发表学术论文30多篇,其中SCI收录5篇,出版专著和教材5部。

  PLANT PATHOLOGY


Plant pathology Jilin University is a key discipline of the department of plant protection. In 1989, it was established in the Chinese People’s Liberation Army Quartermaster University (Agriculture and Animal Husbandry University ), It was approved as a national master’s degree authorization in 1996. After the merger of PLA Quartermaster University and Jilin University , plant pathology discipline entered the faster stages of development. The second disciplines of Dr. Degree authorization points (Adversity Resistance Gene Engineering of Plan, IPM) and agricultural extension master’s degree authorization points (the field of plant protection) were succeeding declared. At the same period, post-doctoral research station was completed. In 2006, it became provincial key discipline in “11th Five-Year Plan” period.

  Plant pathology has three complementary research directions: molecular Plant Pathology and resisting-disease gene engineering, molecular mechanism of co-reaction between pathogen and host, IPM. Over the past five years, there were lots of sustention fund: six issues state subsidy, one international cooperation project, one China and Hong Kong cooperation project, and so on. In internal or international journals, more than 30 papers were published, of 5 papers in journals were cited by SCI.

  植物学博士二级学科简介


  植物学二级学科博士点是2005年在生物学科下设立的二级学科博士点,设有植物种质资源与利用,植物分子生物学与抗逆基因工程,植物病原真菌分子生物学与抗病基因工程,植物营养生理生化与分子生物学,天然产物生物调控与植物生物技术,植物和昆虫互作分子机理与蛋白质组学6个研究方向。现有博士生导师10人,有在读博士研究生31人。

  近5年来承担科研课题50余项, 总经费达3000余万元, 获得科研成果16项。发表论文共50余篇,被 SCI、EI 收录30余篇。出版专著10余部。科研成果转让2项,科研成果被采用6项。参加教改课题12项 , 发表教改论文14篇, 编写教材4部,获得教学成果3项。

  BRIEF INTRODUCTION


Botany doctoral discipline II program was founded under doctoral-level biology discipline in 2005. There are all 4 directions involving plant germplasm resources and utilization, plant nutrition physiology, biochemistry and molecular biology, integrated pest management, together with genetic engineering of plant’s stress resistance. There are 9 professors, 11 associate professors, 14 lecturers, among whom there are 8 PhDs, 17 masters, 2 visiting professors, at the same time 15 of them are PhD candidate, while they are doing some teaching work at present.
Over the last 5 years, they have obtained 32 science research projects support and got more than 8 million yuan grants in total, and have received 15 science and research awards meanwhile, among which there were 2 state-level awards and 13 province-level awards. They have published 482 research papers (including 20 SCI papers), as well as 13 monographs. There are 2 scientific and technological achievements having been transferred, and 6 having been applied into practice. They also participated 12 teaching reform projects and published 14 articles covering the teaching reform , They have written 4 teaching materials and have achived 3 teaching achievements.

  作物遗传育种学科简介


        作物遗传育种二级学科硕士点隶属于作物学一级学科, 1992年与外校联合培养硕士研究生,1997被国家批准为硕士学位授权学科, “十五”期间被军队总后勤部评为重点学科,2006年被确认为吉林省高等学校省级重点学科。

  经多年建设,本学科已形成了一批由30余名教授、副教授青年博士为主体的结构合理高水平的学术梯队。学科主要研究方向包括:作物种质资源发掘及利用,分子标记及其基因定位,作物育种遗传改良。

  本学科 “十五”以来共承担国家自然科学基金、教育部、总后军需部、吉林省科技厅等科研课题 30 余项,获省级科技进步一等奖 1 项,省级科技进步二等奖 2 项 , 军队科技进步二等奖 2 项,国家级教学成果奖 1 项,吉林省登记科技成果 6 项,国家登记科技成果 2 项 , 发明专利 1 项。主编和参编著作 6 部,在省级以上学术杂志发表论文 200 余篇,其中被 SCI 收录 30 余篇,为该学科的建设发展做出了贡献。

  INTRODUCTION FOR THE DISCIPLINE OF CROP GENETIC BREEDING


The crop genetic breeding is the second-class discipline subordinate to the first-class discipline of crop science. It was approved as a national master’s degree authorization in 1997. It was awarded the key discipline by the general logistics department during the “10th Five-Year Plan” period. In 2006, it became provincial key discipline.

After years of construction the discipline has formed a high-level research team with more than 30 teachers of professors and assistant professors, most of which are doctors. The research directions of the discipline include the application of crop germ plasm, the plant molecular marker and gene mapping, plant breeding and genetic improvement.

Since the performance of “10th Five-Year Plan”, more than 30 projects have been undertaken including the national natural science foundation, the provincial and ministry scientific research projects. Many prizes have been awarded, such as the prizes of military scientific and technological progress, the teaching achievement prize, the nation invention patent, the provincial and ministry award of scientific and technological achievements. Six works have been published. Nearly 200 papers were published at internal or international journals and more than 30 papers were cited by SCI.

The discipline of crop genetic breeding has a young faculty and maintains close link with the new subjects of bio-science, bioinformatics and plant biotechnology.The subject possesses of five advanced laboratories of more than 1000 m 2 with complete equipments, which improves the sustainable development of teaching and research.

  植物营养学科简介


植物营养学科始建于1989年的解放军农牧大学, 1992年同遗传育种学科共同招收硕士研究生, 2004年招收博士研究生。 2005 年获得植物营养学二级学科硕士授权点。 2010年,其所在一级学科农业资源利用获得硕士授权。本学科包含植物逆境生理生化与分子生物学、植物营养生理生态与次生代谢机制研究与养分资源高效利用等3个稳定的科学研究方向,近 5 年可支配科研经费合计 1079.6 万元,平均每年 215.9 万元。五年来共发表论文150篇,其中国际会议论文 6 篇, SCI 、 EI 及 ISTP 收录 30 篇;发表学术专著 2 部;出版教学用书 3 部;获吉林省科技进步奖二等奖一项,吉林省科技进步奖三等奖一项,获发明专利一项。学科目前拥有专业实验室面积合计 300m2 ,万元以上仪器设备合计 33 台(件),仪器设备值合计 349.43 万元;中外文藏书合计 12 万册,拥有中外文期刊 110 种。具备了使该学科持续发展的科研实力和科研环境。

   INTRODUCTION FOR SUBJECT OF PLANT NUTRITION SCIENCE


Subject of plant nutrition science was initially founded in 1989, and began to have a master degree program combined with subject of Crops Genetics and Breeding, and began to enroll PhD students in 2004. The subject was approved to master’s degree authorization of plant nutrition subject in 2005 and then of agricultural resource utilization in 2010. The subject included following three research fields: Plant physiology, Biochemistry and under Stress; Plant Nutritional Physiology and Ecology, and Secondary metabolism mechanisms; High Efficiency Utilization of Nutrition Resources. In the recent five years, we have got 10, 796, 000 Yuan as scientific research funds, with average of 2,159,000 Yuan for each year. We totally published around 150 scientific papers, in which 6 papers were published in international conference plenary and 30 papers were published in the journals indexed by SCI, EI or ISTP. We also edited 2 scientific books and 3 books for education. The subject have two province-level awards and on patent. We have professional laboratory with area of 300 m2 equipped with 33 research instruments with values of 3,494,300 Yuan. We also have a library with 120000 books and almost 110 international/national scientific journals. The subject has enough capability and environment to promote the sustainable development of scientific research.


  植物学学科简介


  植物学是生物学科下设立的二级学科, 2007年获得植物学二级学科硕士授权点,授以植物学理学硕士学位。本学科包括三个研究方向:一是植物分子生物学与基因工程,主要以植物重要优良性状为研究对象,运用分子生物学和基因工程等方法,分离解析功能基因,明确功能与性状之间的关系。二是药用植物研究与利用,运用常规及分子生物学等方法 , 对药用植物进行种质资源创新、鉴定、评价及有效利用。三是园艺植物种质资源,以园艺植物为研究对象,运用分子生物学等方法,进行园艺植物种质资源的创新、鉴定及有效利用。

  本学科自 “十一五”以来承担国家专项、国家863、国家自然科学基金、农业部、吉林省科技厅等科研课题多项,具有先进的仪器设备和良好的实验环境,在国内外重要期刊发表论文多篇。

  INTRODUCTION TO BOTANY RESEARCH FIELD


Botany, the second-rate subject belonging to biology, was set up in 2007 and conferred Master degrees. The subject include three research fields : (1) Plant molecular biology and gene engineering, which focuses on the significant traits of crops, segregating and analyzing the functional gene to identify the relationship between them by using molecular biology and gene engineer techniques. (2) Research and utilization of medicinal plants. In this field, we use the routine as well as molecular methods to identify, evaluate, utilize, and create the medicinal plant resources. (3) Research of horticultural plant germplasm resources. The molecular biology methods were used to create, identify, and utilize horticultural plant germplasm res ources in this sphere.

Botany subject has been supported by the Special Foundation of China, the “ 863” Program, the Natural Science Foundation of China, Ministry of Agriculture, and Sci&Tech Agency of Jilin Province since 2007. Advanced instruments and friendly environments will ensure the requirement on research. Many pieces of paper have been published in domestic and international journals.
