基本情况

秦建春 教授 博士生导师

秦建春,吉林大学唐敖庆特聘教授领军A,入选国家重大人才支持计划,国家首批“神农英才”入选者,从事天然产物化学,植物保护以及植物代谢调控研究,在德国哥廷根大学完成博士论文(中德联合培养),吉林大学生物学流动站博士后,吉林大学杰出青年科学基金后备人才,吉林省拔尖创新人才,吉林省有突出贡献专家、享受政府特殊津贴,享受吉林省人才“18条”政策,曾经在德国哥廷根大学马普所访问学者,中国菌物学会药用真菌和菌物化学分委会常委,吉林省植物保护学会理事兼农药委员会副主任主任委员担任Allelopathy Journal,Natural Product Research, Food Chemistry,  Journal of Agricultural & Food Chemicstry, Boorganic & Medicinal Chemistry Letters等学术期刊的副主编或特邀审稿人。与德国马普所,哥廷根大学,汉堡大学,日本冈山大学,北京协和药植所、中国中医科学院中药研究所,清华大学生命科学学院、北京大学药学院,中国科学院微生物所和昆明植物所等多所世界顶尖大学和科研院所建立合作关系。主持国家自然科学基金等国家和省部级课题10项,在国际期刊发表学术论文超过60多篇,申请多项专利。

教育和培训(Education & Training)

1.从植物和微生物中寻找具有新颖结构和生物活性的化学成分,进一步结构修饰改造来提高活性,用于药物尤其是生物农药的研发。同时从化学生物学互作角度探索天然产物合成通路进化和生态防御功能。

2.植物和微生物中活性成分的合成生物学研究,对合成基因和通路的解析有助于定向调控、异源表达和高效生产药用成分。

3.植物中黄酮、甾体类,萜类,生物碱和精油在农业、香水香料、食品、化妆品、染料等领域的应用研究。
