主要研究内容包括:昆虫生理生化与毒理学;LncRNAmiRNA参与目的基因的表达调控机制;

(1)围绕蚜虫(棉蚜,桃蚜)对外源化合物(植物次生物质,杀虫剂)耐受机制进行了深入研究。首次阐明了棉蚜细胞色素P450-CYP6DA2转录调控机理,及其在棉酚及螺虫乙酯解毒代谢中的功能;阐明ACC点突变导致的靶标不敏感及miRNA调控的ACC过量表达也是棉蚜对螺虫乙酯抗性的主要原因之一。解析了桃蚜CYP6CY3启动子变异及miRNA调控桃蚜CYP6CY3表达,及其在CYP6CY3介导烟碱解毒代谢中的功能。为设计开发基于RNAi的害虫防治及抗药性治理策略提供理论依据。

(2)鉴定并经功能验证获得了一个特性沉默棉铃虫Transib转座子的piRNA,该piRNA能够影响Transib mRNA poly(A)加尾,使其产生non-stop mRNA 从而控制其表达量。而干扰该piRNA后,Transib表达量显著提高并对自身产生毒害作用,表现为发育迟缓甚至死亡。

目前围绕上述研究内容主持和参加国家自然科学基金4项、吉林大学优秀青年教师(重点阶段)培养计划教育部留学回国科研启动金中国博士后科学基金各1项,参加国家十三五重点研发项目1公益性行业(农业)科研专项1项。发表SCI刊源文章24篇,其中第一作者或通讯作者17篇。申请发明专利9项,其中以第一权益人已获授权6项。
